From drawing to packed goods
- 01
DFM and mold flow
Parting line, gate and cooling are settled against the drawing before steel is cut.

Tool build
Mold design is issued for approval, then machined, fitted and assembled in house.

T1 and validation
First samples are measured against the drawing and checked for sink, weld lines and warpage.

Production and assembly
Low-volume and mass production run on our own machines, with sub-assembly for turnkey orders.
