Scope
Tooling validation, low & mass volume production
Tooling validation, low-volume and mass production, and product assembly run in one plant — from first shot to packed goods, on one schedule and one quality standard.
Each row lists the processes and the parts it covers, so a drawing can be matched to a line before you send an inquiry.

Four steps, one team, no hand-off between tooling and production.
Share 3D data, 2D drawings, target material, annual volume and cosmetic requirements. Our NPI engineers confirm the process route the same working day.
We return a DFM and mold flow review with a written quotation covering tooling, cavity count, material and unit price for the molding stage.
Mold design is issued for approval, then machined, fitted and assembled in house, with progress photos and a shared schedule.
After sample approval we run low-volume or mass production, add assembly if needed, and ship packed goods or the mold itself.

An ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 Certified Company
Inspection records, dimensional reports and tryout reports are kept for every tool and handed over with the mold, so the parts you receive can be traced back to the measured first shot.
